I think when you are bringing in your device, you aren't supposed to be using it all the time, there are limits to when you are using your device. For example, when you want to play video games on your device, you can't play during classes, you can only play with it when you have free time. Free time is when you aren't doing classes or anything in particular, like a break time. Lunch, recess, before school, and after school are some examples of free time. You can't play during Thompson Time though, because it counts as a class. You can also only use your device if it is approved by your teacher which is when you are going to be using computers for whatever. Because my topic is video games and cute stuff, I don't really recommend you playing during classes unless you want to get it taken away, but you shouldn't be literally attached to your device, it's for your own health. In conclusion, you aren't allowed to use your device unless a teacher approves or you have free time during the day.
