How to Make Whipped Cream

Why am I so lazy to do something actual. I'm making whipped cream today because everyone just loves to squirt whipped cream into their mouth. Whipped cream is used often to be topped onto berries, put on cakes, and pastries or just squirting a whole can of whipped cream in your mouth. The ingredients are:

  • 1 cup of whipping cream (You can reduce to 1/2 cup)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (reduce to 1/2 teaspoon if cream is reduced)
  • Sugar to taste
After you have all of your ingredients, take your whisk and bowl and chill it in the fridge for 15 minutes or so. If your bowl is not metal, just float it in another bowl of ice-cold water. Once they are very cold, you can start. In your bowl, add the vanilla extract and whipping cream together and mix it thoroughly. Then, add a pinch of your sugar. Start whipping your cream at a normal speed until it becomes slightly more firm. Then, add half of your sugar. Continue beating for a couple more seconds and add the rest. Then, beat it until it forms a icing-like consistency. After that, you can colour it with a drop of food colouring or you can leave as is as you want it to be. This recipe is a really good classic and simple recipe that lots of people use. It tastes pretty good on cakes as well, because I did this on a cotton cheesecake I bought. Some tips are to not overbeat it. If you overbeat it, it will be lumpy and like it'll taste butter. No Minecraft references. Another tip is that you should chill your whipping cream as well and it will be more stable.
